Welcome to the future of America. It's 1998 and crime is still on the rise. New York can no longer hold America's worst criminals. The President has a new answer; Detroit. A 100 foot wall surrounds the city and any attempt to escape leads to certain death. The vice president is trapped inside after a photo op gone wrong. Can you and your team set aside the tragedy of the past to rescue him? One last job and then you're all free.
